Position Overview for the Compensation Contract Analyst:

  • Matching and updating survey participation and ongoing market
  • Assisting in updating stock levels and uploading bonus plans into Workday
  • Assisting with open enrollment
  • Responsible for market pricing new jobs and backlogs

Required Skills for the Compensation Contract Analyst:

  • Experience pricing corporate and engineering roles
  • Experience working in the tech industry
  • 3+ years of experience as a Compensation Analyst
  • Workday experience
