Description

As Community Engagement Coordinator, you will be a valuable member of the Marketing team. You are to grow our brand awareness and following by engaging with our community in an on-brand and trendy tone. You will assist in creating social marketing campaigns across Twitter, growing existing campaigns reach through community involvement, and building overall brand recognition and affinity. While working with social media analytics tools to track campaign progress and filter through engagements, you will maintain an active social voice and monitor replies to customer inquiries. A successful Community Engagement Coordinator will collaborate with influencer, PR, and legal teams to align company messages, and help grow brand recognition.

This is an on-site, full-time position at the CELSIUS HQ in Boca Raton, Florida.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to and engage with consumers across our owned social channels via comments, tags, and direct messages
• Manage day-to-day ideation and execution of posts on Twitter
• Work cross functionally with wider Marketing teams to execute brand initiatives
• Source and monitor relevant brands, influencers, and trending conversations to insert the Celsius voice into across Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter, etc
• Understand brand guidelines and use them to ensure overall brand consistency
• Work with Customer Service to quickly resolve consumer complaints
• Monitor analytics across Twitter to increase brand awareness and achieve business goals
• Communicate with consumers appropriately and clearly, being sure to stick to brand voice per platform
• Define and understand KPIs
• Monitor and track consumer sentiment
• Assist Marketing Manager with conducting research to analyze market trends, customer behavior and competitive landscape, and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data

• Ability to write effective copy and be detail oriented with an exceptional understanding of grammar and spelling
• Ability to adhere to brand guidelines
• Excellent interpersonal skills, maintaining a positive attitude while working in a team environment with competing priorities
• Strong understanding of best practices for video content, photography, graphic design, and copy
• Well versed with all Microsoft platforms and Canva

Qualifications

• Knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in Marketing
• Minimum of 1+ years Administrative or office experience
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or other related fields.
• Strong attention to detail
• Team oriented
