The ideal candidate for this role has direct industry experience and has worked as a CAM (Community Association Manager) in the past.

The Manager's role is to effectively manage and successfully execute the business processes of the Association's day-to-day operations in accordance with company policy, procedure and current law - and to provide leadership to the Board of Directors. This includes financial management, meeting preparation and facilitation, facilities and vendor management and community communications among other responsibilities.
