Desired Skills and Experience

3+ years of experience as a Communications Specialist

3+ years of experience with content creation, story telling, intranet updates, etc

1+ year of experience with CANVA

1+ year of experience with SharePoint

Experience with Poppulo, MailChimp, Salesforce (Email platform)

Enterprise level experience (supporting over 1000+ internal users)

BA Degree - Communications

Day to Day

An employer for a large insurance company is looking for a REMOTE Communications Specialist to join a team of 2+ members. This person will help with a variety of internal communications for over 4000+ internal users (supporting different business units - HR, Benefits, IT, etc). This person will create videos, work on digital newsletters, updating intranet systems, infographics (take text paragraphs/stories and turn into graphics with canva.

* 60% will be content creation (creating digital newsletters, working with different teams)

* 20% intranet updates & creating social media for TA team (website for internal team members, internal users see company news, SharePoint platform, etc)

* 20% video support / creating videos

**Role is 100% REMOTE but must work in PST zone. HOURS: 8-5pm PST**

**The employment would be for a 6month contract, with possibility to be converted to Full Time Employee based on performance**
