Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and file company documents
  • Work with CSRs and Producers to ensure accurate coverages for our clients
  • Review endorsements
  • Review new and renewal policies – maintain and update policy records

Required Skills and Expertise

  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Applied Systems Epic experience preferred
  • Ability to complete ACORD applications and carrier supplemental applications correctly
