• Clean windows and mirrors
• Maintain cleaning chart indicating areas that were cleaned and inspected
• Clean and supply restrooms
• Operate and maintains equipment such as vacuums and floor cleaners
• Able to walk up and down a flight of stairs
• Notify supervisors or manager of minor or major repairs
• Remove waste and empty trash
• Respond to urgent situations, such as spills, that require quick action
• General cleaning of buildings and keeping them maintained and in good condition
• Ensure doors are locked after hours
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision

Requirements:

• Ability to work well under minimal supervision
• Understand written and verbal instructions, to include hazard communication
• Good communication skills
• Bend at the waist routinely
• Ability to stand long periods of time
• Work in hot or cold temperatures
• Lift and or carry up to 25 pounds
• Strong attention to detail
