Job Summary

Immediate opening for a Manager of Cost Estimation for a large international hotel chain headquartered in the Hollywood, FL area. This is an onsite position with minimal travel. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Business, Finance, or a similar degree, plus 5 years of experience estimating costs for large commercial development projects. Hotel experience and International experience are a plus. Relocation assistance may be provided for highly qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Assists with procurement of subs and design services
• Assists with bid analysis
• Presents forecasts and Value Engineering options to senior executives
• Manage project budget during construction
• Assists with developing budgets for all domestic and international commercial construction projects.
• Creates and maintains budget templates with cost codes
