Here’s the Gist:

The Enterprise Applications Leader will join a fast-paced organization involved in realizing industry-changing technology solutions. We are looking for an excellent leader, strategist, collaborator, and communicator who can lead and manage an organization implementing and supporting a portfolio of enterprise applications including ERP (SAP), SFDC, PLM, Quality, EHS, and Sustainability. This position will require a strong mix of business acumen and technical experience. This role will lead a team of technical resources dedicated to implementing software to meet the strategic goals of the company and the operational needs of all business functions.

The Day-to-Day:

• Develop systems and process improvement strategies in partnership with business functions. 
• Define the strategy and roadmap for our enterprise applications portfolio in collaboration with business teams. This includes SAP, SFDC, PLM, Quality, Facilities and Sustainability application platform
• Own the portfolio to drive service, project/portfolio and financial metrics driving improvement in SLA
• Build SAP ERP solution as a growth engine for company’s growth, improving existing business processes
• Develop roadmaps for all development and implementation work in annual increments, maintaining a 2 to 3-year forecast. Both the enterprise application strategy and the roadmaps should be aligned with the company strategy.
• Build relationships with key business stakeholders and understand their business objectives and processes.
• Support company’s digital transformation roadmap enabling modern technologies to drive efficiencies in the business
• Lead and develop a highly qualified team of leaders and individual contributors.

This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements):

• 12 years of comprehensive information technology and software development experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Proven leadership and management skills. Ability to hire and develop teams, problem solve, and work independently.
• Demonstrable change management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to lead cross-functional execution in digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience building and maintaining financial budgets and operational metrics
