Colleague® Financial Aid Consultant

SIG is seeking seasoned professionals with multiple years of college or university experience as a Director, Assistant Director or consultant working directly with the Ellucian Colleague® Financial Aid module. Required Qualifications:

• Ability to read and write SQL queries is useful for this role
• Experience developing reports in support of the various Financial Aid areas utilizing Colleague®
• Ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues within the Colleague® Financial Aid module
• Five to seven years working directly with the Colleague® Financial Aid module at a college or university
• Demonstrated expertise using Colleague® to improve and automate business processes within the Financial Aid office at a college or university
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills and a proven customer service approach
• Knowledge of how Colleague® is used in a variety of institutional types
• Ability to communicate user requirements to technical support team
• Highly self-directed with solid problem-solving expertise
• Experience implementing the Colleague® Financial Aid module at a college or university

Responsibilities of the Colleague® Financial Aid Consultant:

• Analyze current business processes and make suggestions to utilize various technological tools to help improve business processes
• Assist clients with the Financial Aid year roll in Colleague®
• Assist clients to ensure they follow DOE requirements
• Provide Colleague® implementation support such as training, functional consulting, and technical support at client sites

Pay and Benefits:

• 3 Weeks Vacation & Paid Holidays
• The salary range is $90,000 -$135,000
• 401(K) with a 5% Employer Contribution
