CNC Programmer
Description

We are seeking a CNC Programmer to join our team.

The CNC Programmer is responsible for programming CNC mills and CNC routers by use of SolidWorks & Master Cam.

Jahabow is a leading designer and fabricator of commercial-grade retail display cases and millwork/décor. Associates work directly with leading retailers like Sam's Club, Academy, Kohl's, and Walmart to create shopping experiences seen every day. Responsibilities
  • Works with design teams to create & support shop with CNC programs
  • Programs CNC mill & routers by use of SolidWorks & Master Cam
  • Sets up and adjusts CNC programs
  • Works with & reports to the Engineering manager
  • Uses computer programs to create new products & improve existing products for customers
  • Evaluates current products to find improvements
Education
  • Associates degree in drafting
Experience
  • Experience using SolidWorks & Master Cam preferred
  • 2+ Years in Manufacturing or a related field
Qualifications
  • Must be able to read and understand prints
  • Ability to rely on instructions & pre-established guidelines to perform job
  • Ability to work in a timely manner
Skills
  • Possesses excellent grasp of engineering & design principles
  • Exercises creative approach to generate new ideas
