Dunmor is a direct lender for residential and multifamily real estate investors. We specialize in senior debt financing with products such as bridge loans, value-add loans, new construction loans, and permanent portfolio loans for our borrowers nation-wide. As a FinTech commercial lender in rapid-growth mode, our differentiation strategy is employing technological integration into our processes in order to enable an efficient lending experience for both our clients and our internal team. With deep capital partners and institutional investment backing, we are looking to originate $1b in loans over the next 12 months.

The funding department comprises the final stage of the loan process and is therefore critical to the firm's goal of exceeding customer expectations. Responsibilities:

• Work cross-departmentally to ensure that all loan fundings are executed on time and with a high degree of accuracy.
• Collaborate with agents and borrowers to ensure wire requests and funding information are completed promptly.
• Receive and review signed loan documents for accuracy, including wire instructions.
• Forward documents to all involved parties, (e.g., agents, escrow, title)
• Prepare wire template and information for accounting.
• Coordinate regularly with finance team members to ensure proper controls are maintained.
• Prepare closing documents, including closing disclosures and estimated settlement statements.
• Validate required loan documentation and loan conditions,

• 3+ years of proven success in mortgage loan funding, ideally in Business Purpose Lending or equivalent experience.
• Ability to collaborate across a dynamic start-up environment.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Proficient with standard computer applications, including Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Aptitude to learn quickly and solve problems. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment.
