Clinical Therapist - Remote | Wfh

Are you passionate about providing compassionate counseling services to those in need? We're looking for a dedicated and motivated Remote Clinical Counselor to join our team at a thriving counseling center!
As a Remote Clinical Counselor, you'll have the opportunity to work remotely and provide clinical counseling services to clients in accordance with the company's policies. You'll also be responsible for ensuring that electronic health records are completed on a timely basis for each client and attending staff meetings and training as directed.
Qualifications
Master's Degree or Doctoral Degree in counseling or social work
Active, unrestricted license (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT or LPC) in Virginia OR Resident in Counseling/Supervisee in Social Work pursuing hours towards licensure in Virginia
Experience providing counseling to clients with a variety of presenting problems preferred
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills.
Be organized and detail-oriented
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Clinical documentation skills
Ability to align with the mission, vision, and values of our counseling center
Responsibilities
Provide remote clinical counseling services to clients in accordance with the company's policies
Ensure that electronic health records are completed on a timely basis for each client
Attend staff meetings and training as directed
Ensure the professional conduct and regulation of counseling services
Collaborate and cooperate with co-workers
Other duties as assigned
