Job Description
Picture Health is developing oncology imaging AI diagnostics to revolutionize cancer treatment by leveraging artificial intelligence algorithms. We collaborate closely with academic medical centers and pharmaceutical companies to conduct research studies for publications and regulatory submissions. We are seeking a talented Clinical Research Program Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our renowned AI team to ensure the successful execution of projects at the intersection of academia, medicine, and technology.


What you'll do:


  • Coordinate and track all necessary documentation, approvals, and regulatory compliance for research studies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for academic labs and pharmaceutical companies involved in R&D collaborations
  • Assist in the development and implement research programs in accordance with applicable regulatory standards.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of study protocols, informed consent forms, and other regulatory documentation as required.
  • Collaborate with AI scientists, data analysts, and clinical teams to collect & curate medical imaging data for the development of AI products.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Coordinate and manage multiple research projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.


Requirements


Required Skills:


  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to synthesize scientific papers, patents, clinical trial protocols, and other technical documents effectively and accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Flexibility with a strong willingness and ability to learn in a rapidly evolving startup environment.
  • PhD in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., molecular biology, life sciences, etc) or equivalent work experience.
  • Proactive and independent approach to problem-solving, actively seeking tools and resources to overcome obstacles and enhance efficiency.
  • Very strong computer application skills, including the ability to handle spreadsheets, data analysis, and new cloud based tools.
  • Strong understanding of clinical research process within the healthcare or life sciences industry


Desired Skills:


  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in working with medical image data formats such as DICOM.
  • Previous involvement in data science projects.
  • Familiarity with oncology research and clinical trials including pharmaceutical translational medicine.


Location:


  • Hybrid in Cleveland, OH (Preferred) or Remote. Most work can be done remotely but travel is required for on-site full team meetings held quarterly.
