Clinical Research Assistant Jobs

Viome is a biotechnology company that analyzes clinical and molecular data using machine learning to develop personalized nutrition for treatment of chronic diseases and cancer.

We are an interdisciplinary and passionate team of experts in biochemistry, microbiology, medicine, artificial intelligence and machine learning.

We are looking for a clinical research assistant that can help with the execution of multiple clinical trials.

Responsibilities

• Encourage study compliance and study participation
• Document and report summary of study participant follow ups to the management team
• Work with external collaborators
• Other responsibilities may include:
• Recruit trial participants, and assess/screen eligibility from EMRs, partner databases, social media, and other avenues
• Work with scientific, product assembly, lab operations, bioinformatics, and machine-learning groups
• Answer participant calls, emails, or texts and Follow up on study participants
• Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of trial data
• Make phone calls, email and/or text to study participants

Qualifications

• Must be able to multitask and be detail-oriented
• Must be fluent in English
• GCP, HIPAA & Human Subjects Protection training/certifications preferred
• Must be able to legally work in the US
• Experience in clinical research and data entry
• Must have exceptional work ethic, organizational and communication skills
