The Client Success Associate must be able to successfully partner with a diverse book of clients while working to expand and renew our relationship. The role is also accountable for identifying and escalating any gaps or concerns for clients and working with internal partners in the best interest of our clients. All of this is accomplished in an effort to retain clients and continually expand the way in which Businessolver can support them.

The Client Success Associate represents the brand through communication and training to support retention and expansion. By combining technology, sales, marketing, training and support, the CSA can increase delight and build a long lasting, mutually beneficial relationship.

The Gig:

  • Integrate with marketing to facilitate Salesloft / HubSpot campaigns targeted to specific/EM clients
  • Leverage Quicksite for client insights
  • Meet weekly with management to review risk, tasks and escalation points
  • Promote and manage ongoing educational opportunities on product releases, updates and system functionality
  • Manage book of business for upsell and renewal process
  • Report and analyze client pulse, identifying trends and risk factors
  • Fill in gaps for clients that don't leverage the bundle (Less Service Center)
  • Support / Facilitate quarterly client product meetings / webinar's
  • Share lessons learned with the Channel Partnership team as it relates to Broker feedback
  • Engage clients in specific product and service offerings that align with organizational objectives
  • Create and execute client engagement and training strategy
  • Manage monthly operations feedback to discuss client performance and state of relationship
  • Engage with Client Brokers
  • Consistently grow reference pool
  • Conduct regular outreach to clients to ensure alignment and delight
  • Maintain a 90% retention rate in the emerging market segment

What you need to make the cut:

  • Desire to learn about the newest cutting-edge technology and passion for continuous learning
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to apply these skills in either verbal or written form when interacting with various clients
  • Relationship building experience necessary
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent job experience
  • If supporting our reseller, association and trust group, experience with pooled groups a must.
  • Proven ability to create, engage and maintain strong relationships as you interact with current and prospective clients in a way that projects the Businessolver brand experience
  • Experience with Employee/Health and Welfare Benefits, Web based Benefit Technology, Human Resources, or Health Care
  • Ability to engage clients in meaningful conversations
  • Proven ability to execute sales discovery
  • 2-3 years progressive experience working with clients in a sales related field
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver presentations over the phone and in person

The expected total compensation for this role, with on-target earnings (OTE), is up to 93K per year, with the ability to over-achieve on quota. The base pay range for this position is $50K - $63K per year (pay to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data).
