Job Description

The Role: Client Service Coordinator

We’re seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused mind to be a Client Service Coordinator on our Client Service team. The position will collaborate with clients and internal teams to build, launch, optimize and report on advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and monitor production timelines and creative materials from agencies and/or advertisers to ensure creative milestones are met
  • Ensure client happiness and success while contributing towards quarterly and yearly sales goals
  • Assist with executing and maintaining monthly billing process
  • Help to lead the campaign fulfillment process from initial launch and weekly updates all the way through conclusion and analysis
  • Working collaboratively with Clients, Sales, Product, Creative and Engineering teams to ensure all campaigns are built to meet clients KPIs and objectives
  • Aid in reporting, analysis and benchmarking of campaigns providing detailed weekly client updates and comprehensive post campaign wrap ups
  • Support the campaign pacing and performance function, including monitoring and optimizing media spends to ensure success and effective ROI
  • Managing specific customer accounts to ensure proper campaign execution of strategies, objectives, goals, and targeted revenue generation

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Google Suite
  • BA/BS in related field
  • Extraordinary attention to detail, time management, and organization skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • 1+ years proven experience in account management, campaign management and/or agency industry
  • Demonstrate passion for analysis of numbers and data
  • Ability to thrive, adjust, and handle large numbers of requests in a constantly changing environment
  • Strong understanding and passion for the digital advertising industry
  • Exceptional ability to manage client relationships, develop and execute interactive campaigns, motivate team members and problem solve
  • Positive entrepreneurial outlook with a track record of client campaign growth and success
