Job Description
Interacts directly with internal and external data file and reporting teams to ensure accurate, timely and client ready delivery of information to the account management team;
Interacts directly with clients, consultants and their data administrators to coordinate with data file exchange teams;
Develops internal key account and book of BH business trends reports on the “health” of our accounts; includes info gathering across functional owners to track and monitor success, hurdles, trends and themes;
Represents BH account point of view as part of internal initiatives that improve data content and delivery: e.g., new data management and reporting tools or initiatives that automate reporting ;
In conjunction with data analytics, uses quantitative analysis, combining external data and actual client experience to assist in elevating our BH value proposition, supported through data and measurement.
In conjunction with data analytics, contributes thought leadership and develops relevant BH data stories that are population and industry specific: uses readily available internal data and other data to reflect the impact of BH service delivery on the member experience: How BH care is delivered? How we measure BH care What We measure?
Develops BH specific analytic profiles that demonstrate BH program or POC value: our understanding that “one size does not fit all mentality”; in plain language/visuals uses cost, quality, level of engagement data to validate program impact; creates industry specific data stories based on population or industry nuances (e g., transportation services, distribution services (delivery/trucking), age 18-26, provider health systems, public sector/government services (e.g., k-12, first responders and LGBTQIA+)
Responsibilities:
Updating and fact checking monthly and quarterly generic reporting materials.
Analyzing client specific trends against benchmarks to inform upsell recommendations.
Preparing executive summary for external presentation with monthly (internal) and quarterly report packages.
Updating and fact checking various data points for the external website.
Complying new or changing materials. (Communications layouts, supporting tools)
Coordination with data analytics team to ensure update to date messing, value prop data points and consistency in methodology.
Consolidated management and tracking of PG metrics cross functionally for all SA and BH accounts.
Monthly management and tracking of all implementation funds (IT, communications, etc.)

Represent BH account point of view as part of internal initiatives that improve data content and delivery: e.g., new data management and reporting tools or initiatives that automate reporting.
Support external and internal clients with diverse backgrounds, including employers, health systems and life science companies, with expertise attaining value from real-world datasets through cloud-based environments and tools
Demonstrated skillset and ability to conduct client data presentations
Create and support strategies to develop and internalize data assets for key internal and external stakeholders
Work independently and with a team of experienced healthcare data analysts
Collaborate and work effectively across a large matrix organization
Create and understand business requirements and convert them into solution requirements
Provide scientific and technical guidance on best practices, including standardized workflows, SOPs and related documentation, for real-world data utilization across multiple domains and stakeholder groups over a range of therapeutic areas and diseases states
Coordinate and summarize quarterly plan performance reports in collaboration with reporting team, clinical, MD and data analytics to provide meaningful insights into current and future expected BH trends
Compare client specific data, where statistically valid, to business benchmarks;
Define and promote data visualization reports, using current tools and contributing thought leadership to future tool improvements
Coordinate and/or provide oversight of existing inbound/outbound utilization data files, engaging with internal IT as well as client/vendor external IT leads
Provide EN sales team with sample reports relevant to RFPs, RFIs and prospects upon request
Qualifications
BA in MIS, Statistics, Computer Science or other related discipline
Healthcare Informatics proficiency
Advanced orientation to MS Office, Outlook & project mapping tools
4+ years of experience, with at least 50% being healthcare experience (BH/EAP a PLUS!)
2+ years external reporting presentation tools and external client interface experience
6+ months of AWS experience (working within an AWS cloud using native or other tools)
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated experiencing conducting claims analytics and EMR/EHR data
Demonstrated experience in documentation required for conducting analytics and data tools utilization and optimization
Background in health care of health insurance product development, business development, account management or program/project management desired
Master’s degree in MIS, Statistics, Computer Science or other related discipline
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 72,100 - 120,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
