Typical Activities


  • Execute and support fully integrated marketing and communication strategies for Accenture’s clients
  • Curate content and experiences that our clients truly need and serve them up
  • Support client relationship marketing activities, including experiences, power mapping, 360° value reports, messaging sessions, people engagement strategies, and more
  • Research what we need to know about our key buyers, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Use Accenture’s SynOps and other leading technologies to help us know our and prioritize our marketing work
  • Measure our marketing against agreed-upon success measures and use feedback loops for continuous improvement

  • Basic Qualifications


  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally for a professional services firm, marketing agency or in-house marketing function at a Fortune 500 company

  • Preferred Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree
  • Account based marketing or pursuit / deal-based marketing experience highly desirable
  • Broad marketing skill set, including campaign management, deliverable development and measurement and reporting. Demonstrable experience in using different channels, including social media, email and direct mail.
  • Brilliant project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with ability to present and convey ideas clearly and persuasively at all levels
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to operate and build relationships at senior levels within a large, matrixed organisation
  • Team player with great interpersonal skills
  • Creativity, flair and innovation in how to achieve cut-through and differentiation for campaigns
  • Enthusiasm, passion for marketing and can-do attitude

  • Technical Skills


  • Experience with Salesforce or similar client relationship management platform desirable, e.g., managing client interactions, reporting, campaign set up
  • Experience using Eloqua (or similar email platform) desirable
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel
  • Design skills are nice to have, but not essential

  • Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Albany County, NY, California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below.
