Job Description
Veterinary Specialty Hospital (VSH) by Ethos Veterinary Health is looking for a full-time Client Care Specialist to join our team.


Shift: Sunday, Monday - 12:30pm - 11:00pm and Tuesday, Saturday – 1:30 pm - 12:00am.


The pay range for this position is $21.00-23.50 per hour. Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials.

About the Role:


The Client Care Specialist will always demonstrate exceptional customer service skills to represent the organization and perform day-to-day operations of the front desk.


Responsibilities and duties:


  • Process admissions and discharges accurately; schedule follow up appointments as necessary
  • Process appointments, emergencies, and client requests while always ensuring the highest quality of care and satisfaction for our clients.
  • Process invoices and payments accurately
  • Prepare and review documents and medical records accurately and completely
  • Update and maintain client/pet records and files in accordance with hospital legal requirements
  • Educate and advise clients regarding hospital services and practices
  • Assist with other administrative duties as required
  • Welcome our clients in a friendly, helpful, and compassionate manner


About You:


  • Qualified candidates should possess excellent interpersonal skills and able to develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
  • Ability to recognize and seek guidance in all client-related cases where protocol does not apply
  • Proven effective communication and the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • 1 year of customer service experience
