Job Description
Job Summary: The Safety Clerk will perform clerical duties including filing and basic data entry into company system and assist other areas of the department as needed Essential Functions: Process lease and owner operator contracts Requests customer and driver insurance Scanning and uploading contracts and supporting documents into Documentum Upload documents & information into other systems Submit NAIT & UTBA insurance to accounts payable for payment Reconcile driver NAIT & UTBA insurance and submit to driver accounting for back charge Process driver exits for drivers once terminated in Workday Other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Efficient data entry ability Knowledge of company software Knowledge of Allied systems Knowledge of Microsoft programs Required Education and Experience: Required: High School diploma or GED Required: Data entry experience Working Conditions: Indoors Office Environment Sitting for long periods of time Coleman Worldwide Moving Benefits for Employees (not applicable for seasonal employees if not stated): ~40 hours of VACATION PAY after 1-year employment ~ Array of voluntary health benefits including but not limited to (Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, and more) ~6 paid holidays after 90 days for Full Time employees (Seasonal Included) ~ Referral Bonus Programs Coleman Worldwide Moving (and affiliated companies) (collectively “CWM”) is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
