Clerk-Data Entry Jobs

The Customs Clearance Document Procurement Clerk will obtain customs clearance documents and communicate with the customs broker for code 8 unaccompanied baggage special solicitation contract shipments. Starting rate is $14/hr depending on experience. Essential Functions: Communicate with military member about documents needed for their code 8 unaccompanied baggage shipment Examine documents to make sure they are completed fully and accurately Communicate with the JPPSO’s as necessary to obtain member documents Coordinate with customs broker by emailing airway bills and customs documents for approval to send the shipment to destination Other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Efficient data entry ability, Knowledge of, or ability to learn, company software Problem-solving skills to ensure accurate records Ability to handle stressful situations and conversations Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Required Education and Experience: High school diploma or its equivalent Good communication skills, both oral (telephone) and written is required Previous customer service experience required Previous data entry experience required Experience in the moving/transportation industry is a plus Take part in a company that has been successful for over 100 years and is still growing - join the Coleman Team today!
