PCA Self Directed job is a type of job where the employee is responsible for their own work and is not supervised by a manager. The skills required for this job include strong communication, problem solving, and organizational skills. Qualifications for this job may include a high school diploma or equivalent, experience in a related field, and a valid driver's license. Knowledge of medical terminology, medical coding, and medical billing is also beneficial. Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred. The responsibilities of a PCA Self Directed job include providing direct care to patients, assisting with activities of daily living, providing emotional support, and documenting patient care. They must also be able to work independently and be able to follow instructions. They must also be able to work with a variety of people and be able to handle stressful situations.
