OnPoint Development an established Industrial/Commercial Real Estate Developer with a core focus on delivering Industrial, Life Science, and Retail projects to the Southern California Markets. Requirements:

Ideal candidate’s project and technical experience should include preliminary engineering design studies; preparation, processing and production of tentative and final subdivision maps; preparation, processing and production of public improvement plans and development plans; earthwork and drainage calculations and reports; mapping; preferred skill set includes experience with site plan engineering for industrial and commercial projects.

For the right candidate profit sharing will be offered. Candidate will be expected to build a team (over time) leading the entitlement division at OnPoint Development.

Candidate would begin playing and intricate role on three of our core projects out the gate:

Shinohara:175,000 Square Foot Industrial Building

Nirvana:300,000 Square Foot project featuring 3 Industrial Buildings and Self-Storage.

Sorrento Valley:36-acre site currently being entitled for 1million + square feet of Life Science.

Candidate will play a key role in future projects, with the idea being to build a team around him/her as we scale.

Qualifications:

·10+ years of experience in land development civil engineering

·Must be an A-Type leader and not afraid to ruffle feathers

·Expert in managing project schedules (MS Project)

·Experienced working with larger teams

·EIT (Engineer in Training) PE preferred

·Positive winning attitude, detailed oriented, problem solver, and acts quickly on his/her feet

·Technologies: MS Office, Mac, Excel, Autocad
