About the Team and Business Line:

Citco Group provides services to our Citco Group of Companies and helps business to succeed in client service excellence.

As a valuable member of our IT Security team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support business operations and help them to achieve their goals.

Your Role:

• Provide assistance for other administrative tasks
• Perform all aspects of the project life cycle including but not limited to: scoping, analyzing, developing solutions, reviewing deliverables, from executing to implementing change
• Work with all team members to expand your knowledge of Citco and the financial industry
• You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining Citco’s security infrastructure.
• Interact with and/or support various support and development groups as well as the other security team staff, business management and end-users in the performance of their duties
• Conduct research of prospects in relevant markets
• Assist with ad hoc projects
• And the different terminology used
• Learn the processes/policies and how SLA's are met
• Support team in helping prepare daily tasks
• Learn the different propriety systems used to prepare reports and daily tasks

About You:

• Understanding of networks
• Ability to work as part of a successful team
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• You have a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or working towards same
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, including Senior Management and end users
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong time management skills
