Our client is a vigorously growing business services enterprise with an impressive track record of success in operating multiple service delivery operations across the country and utilizing off-shore resource teams.

We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer to partner with the CEO and executive team in continuing to build on the continued growth and success of this enterprise. This individual will have a broad base of experience across business process outsourcing, professional services and off-shore resourcing while working in an aggressive M&A driven growth strategy. This individual will champion process and systems standardization and optimization across a multi-location delivery model. Ideally you will have experience with process automation solutions, acquisition diligence and integration, and experience building out a best-in-class team in a high growth setting.
