ZappySales is our parent company; initially, it will be the company you are focused on growing. It provides e-commerce distribution technology and customer service to traditional brick-and-mortar manufacturers and distributors. Requirements

We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer specifically with these requirements:

• Proven track record of scaling dropshipping operations from $2M/month to $10M/month
• Has at least 5+ years of building and managing teams and tracking performance metrics
• Confident and data-driven decision maker
• Ability to create and build out agile operational systems and processes that are adaptive to fast-paced company growth and industry trends
• Great organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills;
