About the Company: Our client is a startup healthcare venture that is headquartered in Baltimore. The company is focused on transforming the healthcare industry by leveraging technology and data to provide better patient outcomes. The company has an innovative business model that has already gained traction in the industry and is well-funded by top-tier investors.
: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Chief of Staff to join our client's team. The Chief of Staff will be a strategic team member who will work closely with the board, CEO, COO, and CFO. The ideal candidate will have extensive healthcare experience and have scaled with a growth company.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the executive team to establish and maintain a positive and productive culture within the organization.
- Manage the executive team's time and priorities.
- Manage special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
- Analyze data and create reports for the executive team.
- Collaborate with the executive team to define and execute the company's vision and mission.
- Work with the executive team to create policies and strategies around growth, staffing, systems, operations success, and reporting.
- Collaborate with the executive team to create and manage the budget.
- Ensure the company meets its performance goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Experience working with boards and executive teams.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience scaling with a growth company.
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
