We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. As the CFO, you will be responsible for building the organization's financial processes and controls from the ground up. This is a critical role that requires a hands-on approach, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other executives.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute the company's fundraising strategy
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and laws
• Monitor financial performance and provide regular updates to the executive team and board of directors
• Build and lead all financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, and taxation
• Develop and implement financial strategies processes and controls that support the company's growth and mission
• Be responsible for raising funds for our organization through making partnerships with philanthropists, charity funds, organizations, businesses, influencers who are interested in making the world a better place
• Provide financial guidance and recommendations to the CEO and executive team
• Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team
• Develop and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders
• Establish and manage financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes

Recommended Skills:

• Experience in fundraising for social causes and NPOs will be a big advantage
• Experience in building financial processes and controls from scratch is highly desirable.
• At least 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting skills
• Passionate about the company's mission and committed to making a positive impact on world
• CPA or CFA certification preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• NPO experience will be a plus
• Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
