Company Overview:

We are a fast-growing healthcare company seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. At its core, we are a physician group providing medical services to post-acute and long-term care facilities, operating outpatient primary care clinics, and much more. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in senior financial leadership roles in the healthcare industry, with a proven track record of success. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, developing financial strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulations. To be successful in this role, you must have a deep understanding of healthcare finance, including reimbursement methodologies and regulations. Shift Structure:

• Monday - Friday, 8AM to 5PM, but flexible
• Remote/In-Person quarterly

Employment Type:

• Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with external financial partners, including banks, investors, and auditors
• Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support organizational growth
• Monitor and manage cash flow, liquidity, and risk management
• Manage the finance department and provide guidance and direction to team members
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to the executive team
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements
• Provide financial leadership to the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Excellent leadership and management skills, including the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
• Proven track record of developing and implementing financial strategies to support organizational growth
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
• Must have extensive experience in physician services organizations
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in senior financial leadership roles in the healthcare industry
• Strong knowledge of healthcare finance, including reimbursement methodologies and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
