Job Description
The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) is responsible for overseeing the planning, development and execution of Nadora Healthcare’s business growth and market share strategies. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive officer, the CCO's primary responsibility is to generate revenue by developing and/or acquiring new ambulatory surgical centers with majority ownership by Nadora Healthcare, including the installation of Nadora Healthcare billing & management subsidiaries in new or existing ambulatory surgical centers.
Required Education:
Bachelors or master’s degree preferred from an accredited college or university with an emphasis in Business Management, and/or marketing.
Required Experience:
Five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) is responsible for overseeing the planning, development and execution of Nadora Healthcare’s business growth and market share strategies. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive officer, the CCO's primary responsibility is to generate revenue by developing and/or acquiring new ambulatory surgical centers with majority ownership by Nadora Healthcare, including the installation of Nadora Healthcare billing & management subsidiaries in new or existing ambulatory
surgical centers.
- Establish relevant business KPIs for the company to track.
- Create and execute commercial strategies aimed at accelerating growth in the ambulatory
development, management & billing divisions.
- Study industry trends and create an effective business plan based on commercial opportunities.
- Manage the ambulatory development, management & billing new business divisions with the goal of improving key metrics.
- Heavily involved in the motivation, drive and development of new talent within or outside of the organization.
- Develop an understanding of customers’ needs and make sure they are met.
- Responsible for ensuring all business activities are in line with the organization’s objectives.
- Work with the sales & marketing team to create strategies that create & maintain qualified lead flow.
- Develop partnerships with key stakeholders aimed at accelerating the company’s growth.
- Create budgets and other financial systems within the ambulatory development, management & billing new business divisions.
- Suggestions for corrective action if sales are below the budget.
- Follow up on daily achievements and provide frequent updates to the CEO.
- Responsible for all aspects of the daily operations at new ASC’s until an administrator is properly trained and transitioned to report to the COO.
- Oversight of all aspects of clinical care, staff, regulatory, quality assurance, safety, financial, and ongoing maintenance of the center once operational until staff is properly trained and
transitioned to report to the center administrator.
- Responsible for all regulatory aspects of the surgical center, including state and federal
accreditation, surveys, and regulation until an administrator is properly trained and transitioned to report to the COO.
- Complete additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
