Job Description

DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY

Royal Aloha Coffee Company, LLC (RACC) is the parent company for Royal Aloha Franchise Company LLC (RAF) dba Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii currently has more than 30 locations open and 110+ under development.

Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii was born on the Big Island of Hawaii in 1989. Our name honors the legend of the donkeys of Kona, Hawaii, who could be heard bellowing as they carried precious loads of coffee beans down the steep volcanic hillsides. The villagers named these hard-working animals the “Bad Ass Ones”. That legend lives on today at Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii where we’re stubborn about serving quality Hawaiian coffee and doing so with the spirit of Aloha.

Today, Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii is one of the fastest growing coffee shop franchises in the country. We specialize in serving superior Hawaiian & international coffees, blended drinks, teas, a crave able food menu and an extensive collection of popular branded merchandise. Our stores provide an inspiring exploration of Hawaiian décor, and a unique atmosphere that allows you to relax, escape and to be yourself. We deliver the spirit of Aloha and fuel our customers inner Badass every day.

In 2019, the brand was acquired by Royal Aloha Coffee Company and, after redesigning and re-launching the brand with a revitalized strategy and talented leadership team, Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii is growing rapidly in the Southeast, Southwest & Texas.
