Job Description

As a Chemical Process Engineer, you will be the technical lead for assigned reactor systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and presentation of training programs for operators and other department personnel.
  • Use Lean methodologies to find opportunities, recommend solutions and implement corrective actions to help meet plant safety, cost and productivity goals
  • Develop complete and accurate production logs that ensure safe procedures for producing quality products
  • Lead the proper operation of reactor systems to ensure compliance with established safety standards, customer requirements and IATF 16949 standards
  • Lead the scale-up of new products and assure quality systems are in place for process changes to existing products
  • Complete daily technical review and Oracle processing of finished production batches
  • Monitor the quality of and improve manufacturing methods from raw material receipt to customer delivery to ensure all customer requirements are met

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering required
  • 1+ years experience in chemical manufacturing experience required
