Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Train and support the culinary team in the finer points of cooking
• Act as the role model for all health codes and sanitation practices
• Build a strong team and stay courteous to all owners, guests and team members
• Have a keen sense of budget

To perform this job successfully, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write and speak English fluently. Additionally, the person must possess and adhere to the following core values:

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and a minimum of three years related experience and/or training

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up 25 to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
