Our Charter Sales Coordinators are responsible for prospecting, quoting, and closing sales for Desert Jet’s managed charter fleet. As the first point of contact for most charter clients, you will be fulfilling a key role in building and maintaining positive relationships with our clients and aircraft owners. Your duties may include:

• Maintaining client relationships
• Ensuring flights are booked in compliance with FAA, TSA regulations and company operations specifications and procedures.
• Work with Mission Control department to manage all aspects of the flight experience for our clients in providing an exceptional aviation experience and service.
• Managing heavy telephone and email interactions with clients, prospects, aircraft owners, and industry contacts.
• Accurately quote and sell charter revenue trips for Desert Jet charter's fleet.
• Manage customer payment for flights
• Build and maintain relationships within the Part 135 brokerage community

Minimum Requirements:

• Work proactively and independently with minimal supervision
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Inside/Outside Sales experience
• Strong computer skills
• Strong work ethic and collaborative mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Requirements

• Ability to learn and adapt quickly
• Experience as a Part 135 Charter Sales representative.
• Proficient knowledge of FAA Part 135 regulations
