A new job announcement has opened up at Shell Point Retirement Community located in Fort Myers, FL for a Chaplain.
They are looking for a Health Care Chaplain who will serve as the Director of Spiritual Services at the Shell Point Retirement Community. Their current director will retire at the end of the year so they are beginning a search process.
The Chaplain primarily provides Chaplain ministry in the Larsen Health Center, their skilled nursing facility, and oversees volunteer Assistant Chaplains who do Chaplaincy ministry in four assisted living facilities.
This is a full time, benefits eligible position of The Village Church. Although the actual ministry is done in the Shell Point Retirement Community health care facilities. As such, the candidate has all the access credentials of Shell Point medical staff.
