Job Description
Overview


The PBNA (PepsiCo Beverages North America) West Division PGT (PepsiCo Global Template) team is staffing two Manager roles; one will support California and one will support Frontier (AK, WA, OR, UT, ID, NM, AZ, CO, HI). The PGT project is the transition of the organization from 100+ legacy systems to SAP.


In this role, you will be accountable for assisting the Senior Director of Transformation in all preparation required for Site Readiness/Deployment/Hypercare activities. This role will partner extensively across the organization with the larger PBNA PGT project team, baseline business leaders, IT organization, Global Template Team and with the various external partners on the project (IBM and SAP).


This role will require involvement in System Testing, development of a training plan that meets your geography’s needs, Site Readiness Activities, and Deployment responsibilities in Warehouse Operations, Inventory Management, and go-to-market (GTM).


The position requires the utilization of PBNA GTM (Go To Market) business process to successfully deploy new PGT systems and processes to the field organization. Organizational impact is concentrated in areas listed below but not limited to GTM Cycle of Operations.


Responsibilities


  • Produce project deliverables and ensure overall quality
  • Lead site mapping exercises
  • Lead readiness, deployment, and hypercare
  • Be a results-oriented “change agent” who can understand different scenarios and help facilitate big-picture and tactical execution throughout the project
  • Lead super user activity including UAT (user acceptance testing)
  • Reach out to subject matter experts and baseline team members for advice, guidance, and assistance
  • Provide expert knowledge and experience to project activities within GTM operations
  • Enable end user training
  • Lead adoption and change management (in partnership with PGT Change Management and Division HR PGT Lead), implementing process improvement to drive application sustainability

  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out Annually
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $98,700 - $165,150.


Qualifications


  • Positive, resilient, and motivated to change and simplify processes

  • SAP familiarity preferred
  • Previous background in: Warehouse and Sales Operations, DSD satellite warehouses, and Cross Dock facilities
  • Strong analytical, project management, process orientation, influencing and collaborative skills
  • Be willing and able to travel up to 50-75% of the time across the West Division during deployment time periods
  • This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and work through others
  • Open to new ways of working, adopting industry standards and best practices
  • Effective communicator, both written and oral; ability to articulate or demonstrate perspectives and best practices
  • Able to challenge requirements and business processes to ensure best practice
  • Previous experience in bottling operations in GTM Operations, preferrred
