Job Description
Company Description:
Top Accounting & Finance role in a well-established, construction-related organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage team’s accurate and timely month-end close
  • Continue to fine-tune existing processes and procedures across the department
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting process
  • Provide strategic advice to management on potential M&A activities, drive integrations post-acquisitions

Qualifications:
  • ERP implementation experience
  • Experience with Due Diligence, M&A, Integrations
  • Strong Percent of Completion (POC) experience
  • 8+ year’s experience, team management experience required
  • Change management experience
  • CPA and/or MBA (preferred)

Salary Range: $150-$175k + bonus, with possible flexibility for the right candidate
