Job Description
Company Description:
Our client is a well-established law firm in Denver, CO.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and assist in bringing uniformity to business procedures and processes
  • Review existing departments, revamp and restructure as necessary
  • Implement processes for budgets, forecasts, and timely internal reporting
  • Provide pipeline and cashflow analysis to President regularly
  • Manage benefits program/HR function on an interim basis

Qualifications:
  • Strategic and flexible; familiar with law firm (or similar) finance departments
  • Committed and seeking a long-term opportunity
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • MBA preferred
  • Experienced in change management/handling relevant HR issues
  • Local to Denver, or willing to relocate
  • Outgoing, confidant, comfortable working with strong personalities

Salary Range: $225k-$300k, possible flexibility for the right candidate
