We are looking for Subcontractors in the Cell Tower Telecommunications Industry. We are seeking candidates with experience and a can-do attitude!!!

We are looking to hire crews with 5+ years of experience, who can read and understand CDs, RFDSs, as well as provide testing and troubleshooting services.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Working under minimal supervision is a requirement for reliable performance.
• Following OSHA and company safety procedures, as well as ensuring that appropriate safety equipment is used is a must
• Availability to work in all weather conditions, including snow, rain, and changing temperatures.
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Provide excellent customer service as part of our team.
• Ability to effectively manage time while completing SOWs
• Transmission lines for DC and coaxial power/fiber optics installation and maintenance
• Provide assistance with testing new and existing equipment. Sweeps, fiber tests, and PIMs may be included.
• Expanding and upgrading cellular networks by installing and maintaining mounting platforms, antennas, RRU's, TMAs and other related equipment on towers, rooftops, and other structures.
• In addition to new site build/colocation, the vendor must have experience with antenna and line installation in addition to other wireless-related projects.

MUST HAVE - Experience & Interpersonal Skills

• Learning & Development Mindset
• Crew must have a total of 2+ years of experience in the Cell Tower Telecommunications Industry combined between all members. Crew must consist of (1) Foreman, (1) Top Hand, and two additional qualified helpers (Tower & Ground).
• Career mindset
• Have strong work ethic and leadership skills
• AT&T Carrier Experience

Certifications Needed

• Competent Tower Climber and Rescuer Certification*

• First Aid , CPR & BBP*

• HazCom*
• NWSA TTT1*
• EME/RF Training*
