As a category manager in our Personal Lines department, you’ll maintain relationships with complex, strategic suppliers, which includes coordinating all duties associated with the acquisition of goods and services for a major business area. You’ll act as the primary liaison into the business unit, performing process analytical and administrative responsibilities for contract and procure to pay activities within the policies established by the business unit and Supplier Management.


This is a remote position.


Minimum Qualifications


  • In lieu of a degree, a minimum of five years' related experience in contract administration and maintaining vendor relationships or related work experience
  • Bachelor's degree or higher


Preferred Skills


  • Experience in negotiating contracts, statement of work, and service level agreements
  • Able to work independently with minimal direction
  • Experience in strategic planning and strategy development
  • Ability to influence senior leaders
  • Develops negotiation strategy for assigned suppliers


Compensation


  • $68,100 - $90,800/year
  • Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
