Carpenter Laborer Jobs

We are looking for a skilled and experienced carpenter to join our team at Paul's General Construction LLC! We are a fast-growing construction company specializing in new builds and residential projects throughout Ventura County and Los Angeles area.

Overall, as a carpenter, you will need to be skilled in woodworking and have a strong understanding of construction materials and methods. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team to complete projects on time and to the required specifications.

$25 - $30 hourly

• Supervise and train framing crew: You will be responsible for managing a team of carpenters, ensuring that they are properly trained, following safety protocols, and working efficiently to complete the framing work on schedule
• Ensure quality control: You will need to inspect the framing work regularly to ensure that it meets the project specifications and quality standards
• Read and interpret blueprints: You will need to be able to read and interpret architectural and structural plans to ensure that the framing work is completed correctly
• Maintain a safe work environment: You will need to ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the job site is kept clean and organized
• Communicate and provide regular progress reports and any issues or concerns that arise during the framing process

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in carpentry
• Can lead and manage a crew of 5 people
• Specializes in new builds and residential work
• Must be reliable
