Job Overview, CarePro
As a CarePro, you'll join the Home Instead team, working with aging clients in their homes and providing them with one-on-one care that allows them to live better for longer in their own homes.
Every day is different because human beings are different every day! You'll bring your heart, your helping attitude, and the people skills you've acquired in life as well as the special training we provide you.
We are looking to fill multiple, full-time and part-time CarePro positions for a Monday to Friday schedule and some weekend availability.
Your Duties May Include

• Feeding clients
• Facilitating community and recreational outings, including transport
• Maintaining patient's health equipment
• Leaving shift comments for family and staff to review
• Transporting clients to appointments
• Providing companionship and supportive listening
• Responding to emergency situations
• Reporting changes in the health or status of the client
• Providing support with hobbies, studies, and social activities

• Ability to pass a national background check.
• Tuberculosis screening (within 90 days of your CarePro registration).
