Call Support Technician Jobs

The Call Support Technician for Batteries Plus will provide device repair and/or key fob support to all stores utilizing database systems, web research, and collaborative problem solving methods. The Call Support Technician will manage the inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner while escalating problem situations when necessary.

Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Maintain call log, problem resolution of proficiency standards, and customer satisfaction levels
• Identify and troubleshoot device repairs concerns, key fob concerns, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Interface with internal departments on problematic situations, day-to-day inquiries and communication improvements

Services Support

• Work with Repair Technicians and Inventory Specialists to ensure timely completion of repairs and technical inquiries
• Follow all safety rules and regulations; wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Review detailed notes, ask questions, identify services needed, and review store information to required services
• Understand device repair and key fob terminology, job knowledge, equipment and product information

Qualifications

• Ability to work with relative independence on regular routine duties
• 6 months or more of previous customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to effectively manage and track multiple commitments; effectively prioritize, follow up, and meet deadlines
• Strong presentation and customer service focus
• High School education or equivalent
