Job Description
Job Title: Call Center Representative
:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls to provide exceptional service and resolve any issues or inquiries.
Responsibilities
  • Ensuring adherence to call center productivity and quality metrics, including average handle time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex customer concerns.
  • Building rapport with customers and actively listening to their needs and concerns.
  • Keeping updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  • Recording and maintaining accurate documentation of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Answering and managing incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to improve knowledge and skills.
  • Assisting customers in placing orders, processing payments, and tracking shipments.
Requirements
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly and professional phone demeanor.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with CRM systems and basic troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Average first year income range: $35,000 - $55,000. Base Salary + Commissions and Bonuses on a performance basis.
