Call Center Collections Representative ($17/Hour!)

• This is a fulltime Collections & Customer Service Opportunity that requires you to work a set schedule Monday through Friday ( Mandatory 40 hours ).

Payrate : $17 per hour (Paid Weekly!)
Set Schedule : Mandatory 40 Hours Each Week

• Subject to change based on the season and business needs
• Agents will have ample notice if schedule changes
• Monday – Friday 8 AM to 5 PM EST (7 AM to 4 PM CST)
• Must be open from 8 AM to 7 PM EST

• A second computer monitor is strongly encouraged!

• The expectation is that everyone presents themselves in a professional manner.
• Customers can take out this loan in person or over the internet (depending on the state they are located in)
• All customers that Agents speak with are customers of Community Loans of America
• All computer hardware needs to be connected to a surge protector (Power Strip/Cord)
• A cash advance loan where the customer’s job is listed as the collateral
• All customers have loans directly through Community Loans of America
• Once approved, you receive the loan and pay it back through installments (several payments)
• Making high volume outbound calls to customers who are 30-60-90 days behind on their active loans
• PC Requirements: Windows 10, Quad-core i5 processor, 8GB of memory, 2GHz minimum processor speed
• At least two years of recent call center experience - Collections experience strongly preferred
• Customers are required to come back to the store and make payments based on the agreement they sign
• About the company:
• Headquarters are located north of Atlanta and have been in their home office for over 25 years
• Must have your own internet router or modem that is located close to your workspace (Upload/Download Speed: 35 Minimum)

• Work from home call center experience preferred but not required
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test within 24 hours of accepting the position
• When customers become delinquent on their accounts, Collection Agents reach out to discuss delinquent/defaulted debt
• This collection process is called “ First Party Style Collections ”
• A creditor/lender who operates financial store front locations across the United States to lend money to consumers for various product types
• You will be working on camera in a virtual call center setting - you are expected to be on camera for 100% of your shifts.
• You must have a workplace that is distraction free and has privacy to complete your calls each day.
• You could also be reaching out to customers to provide Customer Service as needed
• A high-quality wired headset ( Recommended : Logitech USB H570e or Logitech USB H540)
• Payday loans (Offered in Certain States)
• Mac Requirements: Catalina OS, Quad-core i5 processor, 8GB of memory, 2GHz minimum processor speed
• Signature loans (Installment Loan)
• Notating customer’s accounts with accurate information
• A loan that requires customers to go through an underwriting criterion and complete a credit check, employment check, etc.
• Customers take their vehicle to a store front location to be inspected
• If they own their title and have possession of it, they will lend them money
• You are NOT calling on behalf of different companies)
• Ethernet cord required for hardwired connection
• Money is due on their next payday
• Requirements :
• Discussing payment plan options to bring past-due accounts back current
• A loan where the customer’s vehicle is listed as the collateral
• MUST live in one of the following states to be hired for this position: Arkansas, Florida, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, Alabama, or Georgia
