Call Center Agent Jobs

Joyce is hiring for our call center in Berea, OH. We invest a significant amount of money on leads for our home improvement installation services, and have just invested in a significant package of leads that is forcing us to expand our operation. Our new call center staff members will utilize their positive can-do attitude and our excellent scripts to set appointments with leads for our sales team to demo our products! What You’ll Do:

• Grab Initiative, and Tackle Tasks with a Today, Not Tomorrow Attitude
• Utilize Scripts and Problem Solving to Aid Customers
• 10% Customer Service, 90% Appointment Setting
• Outbound Calling with some Inbound Handling
