General Summary\ Places food and beverage orders, delivers items to tables and ensures guests enjoy their visit to the coffee shop.\ \ Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensures that all food is served within health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
• Delivers food to guests, ensuring that the proper order was received and that beverages are refilled.
• Attends training classes required by management.
• Communicates regularly with on-coming shift staff and the chef on duty to address issues and concerns.
• Takes accurate food and beverage orders, retrieve and serve food and beverage orders to guest tables according to venue specifications and to engage with guests in a professional courteous and efficient manner and complete side work.
• Maintains knowledge of all restaurant menu options and answers guests questions about the menu.
• Provide outstanding guest service to all internal and external guests
