Your Opportunity: Navitor, Inc., a division of Taylor Corporation is looking for a motivated Business Systems Analyst to join their team!

Your Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate in the planning, design, development, testing & deployment of new applications & enhancements to existing applications.
  • Document processes.
  • Coordinate technical product roadmaps to communicate and forecast project progress to stakeholders.
  • Oversee administrative setup to support operational and marketing efforts, as well as the customer experience.
  • Listen to the business, & suggest solutions to the problem/issue & relay those solutions to the developers.
  • Gather requirements and conduct business analysis to create and prioritize backlog items.
  • Research, analyze, document & fix issues/errors.

You Must Have:
  • Experience writing business requirements
  • Desired to work well within a team
  • Persuasive with an ability to socialize ideas, build alignment, and create consensus
  • Able to learn quickly, self-teach, take initiative and adapt easily to changes
  • Familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies preferred
  • Capable of prioritizing and multi-tasking successfully in a deadline-intensive environment
  • Experience crafting presentations for stakeholders
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
