As a Business Systems Analyst at Donaldson Company, you will have exposure to global implementations and business practices, impact IT and business strategy, and leverage multiple systems across the business. Role Responsibilities:
  • Working closely with business process owners in Enterprise Operations such as Engineering Services and Labs and Technical Services to turn business requirements into valuable, useable business solutions and ensuring these are successfully implemented and adopted.
  • Detailing requirements of the user personas, experiences and interactions across cloud, web and on-premise environments to ensure end-to-end alignment and traceability for defined business cases and value model.
  • Assisting with creation and execution of integration and quality assurance tests.
  • Providing operational support including troubleshooting complex issues leveraging strong problem-solving skills, identifying root cause and following change management process to migrate fixes.
  • Coordinating and working across IT to develop, maintain and execute architecture strategies, coding standards, security and quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Managing, communicating and delivering projects through the entire software development lifecycle, providing documentation, change management, testing, training and mentoring as appropriate.
  • Selecting and interacting with 3rd party vendors to identify global software, integration, delivery and service solutions for complex applications.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3+ years experience with Product Life Cycle Applications (Teamcenter or Aras preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of business analysis, data analysis, design engineering processes or product life cycle management.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of IT project management principles including requirements gathering, vendor selection, analysis, planning, testing and production support.
  • Must be self-directed, able to influence peers and managers, and a good team player with an ability to quickly gain organizational knowledge of business processes.
  • Familiarity with extended, customized multi-lingual global IT solutions.
  • Possess a blend of business analysis or technical skillsets.
