Business Support Analyst Jobs

This individual will be responsible for:

-Taking information gathered in ServiceNow and creating tasks in JIRA for the developers

-Collaborating with the QA team, Development team, and Legal Compliance and Risk team

-Analyzing and gathering details around issues in a production in-house software application and generating documentation

We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:

-Minimum of 2 years experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Writing background

-Basic knowledge with SQL

-Experience with documentation

-JIRA experience is a plus

-ServiceNow experience is a plus

-Experience in a healthcare environment is a plus
